The hotel is in a prime central location near the town center, within walking distance to various restaurants and parks. The rooms offer a balcony and a bathroom with a stunning view, but unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work during my stay. The service was friendly, although there were instances of forgetfulness, especially towards the end of shifts. The dining experience lacked variety and required an extra charge for hot food. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, albeit with room for improvement in dining options.
The hotel is conveniently located in the Montpellier area of Cheltenham, close to the main town center. The rooms offer a great view but unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work during my stay.
